WE COME TO YOU!

We can provide a barista coffee service with a range of coffees and hot drinks, and baked sweet treats. We can also offer a licensed bar with a range of lagers, wines, spirits and soft drinks – as well as a cocktail menu featuring our popular Espresso Martinis. We can offer either a coffee or bar service or both depending on your requirements.

Our drinks menus can be completely tailored to your preferences or theme, and we offer a range of hire options to suit your budget. See below to find out more.

We are fully licensed, and insured, and we are members of NCASS with Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certifications.

Private Hire Options

We charge a fixed booking fee for all private hire events. This secures your date in our calendar and covers our mileage (maximum distance from our location applies), a TEN (Temporary Events Notice) if required, and up to 2 uniformed members of staff to take care of you and your guests. 

In addition to our booking fee, we offer a choice of two payment options for your event.

Choose from the below.

Open Tab

We will operate a normal ‘open’ bar for your guests meaning they all pay for their own drinks as they order*. We can accept cash or secure card payments provided
a fair internet signal is available). *A minimum spend may be applied.

Fully or Part Paid Tab

The event organiser pays the full bar tab at the end of the event. If preferred, we can pre-agree a spending limit and once this is reached we can either check with the host if they wish to increase it or ask guests to pay for any further drinks.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

We can offer a range of additional services or items to make your event extra special. Please note that these may be charged extra:

  • Bespoke, branded menus
  • Horse box decorated to match your event theme or corporate branding
  • Props and items to match your event theme or corporate branding
  • Speciality glassware or cups
  • Branded cups or glassware
  • We can connect you with our network of trusted suppliers for additional services including prop lighting, DJs, Inflatables, florists, photographers, videographers photobooths and more.
